Terms and Condition

  • We advise you to guarantee your reservation against 50% payment by deposit at the time of reservation or before the cut-off date and balance 50 % 15 days prior to arrival.
  • Check-in time as per reservation. Checkout -24hrs (for direct booking). Part of the day will be reckoned as full day.
  • It is mandatory for all guests to present valid photo identification upon check in. Foreign national are required to present their Passport and valid Visa. Primary guest should be presented at the time of check-in to complete check-in formalities.
  • Check-in denied to unmarried / unrelated couple. Similarly accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a “couple” if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Accommodation can be denied to guests residing in the same city and to group of bachelor.
  • No person other than the guests registered would be allowed in the room.
  • All bills are payable on presentation. This receipt should be returned while settling the bills. Bills should be settled before vacating the room. Cheque is not accepted. Guests are allowed to stay for the period mentioned in the receipt. Extension of stay should be informed and further advance paid well in advance before expiry of the time. Subject to availability.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property.
  • Alcohol drink is prohibited. Pet animals are not allowed.
  • The management reserves the rights of admission and has rights to have the rooms vacated with or without showing any reasons. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error or technical error.
  • No inmate of the rooms should be involved in any illegal activities. Guests are not allowed to carry on any business activity. Contraband and other prohibited articles are not allowed to be kept in the rooms. Guests are requested to avoid conducting interview/meeting / discussion or group of visitors.
  • Visitor’s not allowed after 10:00pm.
  • Subject to Madurai Jurisdiction.
  • Normal hotel policy is not to charge for children if they are under 6 years of age (without mattress). Limit occupancy of a double bed room to two adults and one child with mattress (or) two children (one with mattress and one without mattress) (or) 1 adult. Single occupancy to one adult. Extra bed/person with a booking is facilitated with a folding mattress.
  • Management is not responsible for loss of any valuables or cash kept in the rooms or car.
  • Cancellation within 06 days of arrival: 50% Retention Charges & Cancellation within 05 days of arrival: 100% Retention Charges. If any reserved room is not occupied by the person who booked the room or rooms the room would be kept vacant for 3 hours and then the room will be released by charging one day rent for the rooms booked.
  • The management reserves the right to take over and let out the rooms without any intimation to the party concerned if any of the occupants stay away from the lodge.
  • In-house guest can avail housekeeping service on request between 11:00am to 5:00pm. Room is cleaned only when request made.
  • Online booking standard check-in 12:00 Noon and check out 11:00am.
  • Kindly handover car key after parking vehicle to receptionist. Two-wheeler parking front side of hotel. No Parking for visitor’s vehicle. Parking at owner’s risk. Parking is available for12 cars. Car parking subject to availability. Parking at owner’s risk.
